Research Interest
My research interest is in every meteorological phenomena carrying clouds and precipitation. Specifically, I'm working on tropical cyclogenesis as my PhD thesis. Due to the multiscale nature of tropical cyclogenesis, the evolution of convective activity as well as the interaction between the large scale environment and tropical cyclone precursor are widely studied in various scales. If anyone has interest in my work, please refer to Chang et al. (2017, JGR).
